From 2017 to 2023, Agata was Head of International Projects at TR Warszawa, working on theatre's co-productions and international tourings of the ensemble. In 2020 she co-created the “Stay at Home, Don’t Leave the Theater” programme and the TRW Online Strategy and streaming programme. In 2023-24, she co-curated the 57th edition of Kontrapunkt Festival in Szczecin. She also founded the No Women No Art Festival in Poznań.
